Invited Speaker/Chairperson Registration & Abstract System
Welcome to the Invited Speaker/Chairperson registration and abstract system.
Your package for the meeting includes registration, access to all scientific
symposia and poster sessions, travel expenses (standard class), and your
accommodation (Tues 21st and Wed 22nd April) in single occupancy ensuite rooms
at Royal Holloway during the conference. Accommodation is also available for Mon
20th and Thurs 23rd April if required – please request this during the
registration process or contact BSGT.

Programme
You will have been sent a letter detailing the timings for the session that you are chairing or speaking
in. The detailed programme is also available via the link from the menu.
Travel
Please book your own travel and a BSGT expenses claim form will be supplied upon request or at the
conference.
Abstracts (applicable to invited speakers only)
The abstract word limit is 250 words and the deadline for submission is 20th February 2009. Abstracts
from invited speakers will be published in the conference handbook and on other conference media (e.g.
data sticks distributed to conference delegates). Abstracts from invited speakers will not be published
in BSGT’s adopted journal, Human Gene Therapy. Submit Abstract
Public Engagement Day
The BSGT Public Engagement Day will precede the scientific conference on 21st April 2009 and you are most
welcome to attend. The agenda for this event is available via the link from the menu.
